SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging programs offered through Vocari. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Vocari account messaging (messages from us to you)

Program description: When you opt in, Vocari may send you account-related text messages such as phone-verification codes, booking and lead alerts, and daily reports.
Consent: Your opt-in is not a condition of purchase for the core Service; you choose which alerts to receive. We send messages only after you check the SMS consent box and, where applicable, verify your number.
Message frequency varies based on your settings. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one confirmation and stop further messages. Reply HELP for help or email support@getvocari.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent and opt-in data are used only to communicate with you and are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

2. Messaging your own customers (messages you send through Vocari)

When you use Vocari to text your customers (for example, appointment confirmations or reminders), you are the sender and are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, carrier requirements (including A2P 10DLC registration), and applicable state laws. You represent that you have obtained any legally required prior express consent from each recipient and will honor opt-out requests. Vocari includes opt-out language and helps you honor STOP requests, but you remain responsible for lawful use.

3. No professional advice

Messages are for business communication and scheduling and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
